Let's DO YOGA

Dating back 5,000 years to ancient Indian philosophy, yoga is a mind and body practice.

Yoga can include physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation. The poses promote improved control of the mind and body and an enhanced sense of well-being.There's no need for shoes or special equipment, but it helps to have a mat or towel. Be sure to drink water and have fun.

Thanks to Hana for creating this special yoga session for us! For more yoga videos, we highly recommend Yoga with Adrienne, a YouTube sensation.

Namaste!
