TILE WORLD

Where will your imagination take you?! What story can you tell with your tiles? Create your own world by drawing and coloring the grid sheet and then cutting individual tiles. Mix the tiles to form new and different combinations. Add your own original tiles using scrap paper. 

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Paper, chipboard or cardboard (the thicker, the better)

  • Pencil or pen

  • Colored markers or crayons

  • Scissors

STEPS

  1. Draw a 2"x2" grid in pencil on your sheet of paper.

  2. Within the grid, draw elements in your world. See our examples for inspiration!

  3. Color the tiles.

  4. Cut the tiles into 2"x2" squares.

  5. Arrange and re-arrange the tiles, mixing them form new and different combinations.
