No Equipment Necessary!  Come experience the cardio equivalent to Barre Classes with Ken Scott.  This format combines medium intensity cardio with barefoot training, functional flexibility, balance, posture and total bod toning in a workout that will fly by.  This workout is labeled the dancer's workout for the non-dancer and will get you burning and sweating in no time!
