Spread the love with this quick, easy, and satisfying project made with strips of paper. Choose between a hanging garland or heart-on-a-(popsicle)stick approach. 

SUPPLIES

  • Construction paper 

  • Ruler

  • Scissors

  • Hole puncher 

  • Stapler

  • Display options: string or popsicle stick 

STEPS

Trim, stack and staple

  • Trim strips of paper to sizes shown.

  • Stack them in sequence shown in diagram

  • Staple a

Fold out and down and staple at the base

  • If stringing, loop string through hole. Make several 

  • to create a garland.

  • Stick variation allows you to stand hearts vertically.
